Osvaldo J Salazar with California Rx Card presented a check for $21,049.55 to UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals and their Director of Corporate Partnerships, Anthony Candito. California Rx Card has been working closely with UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals along with numerous clinics and hospitals around the state to distribute free discount prescription cards so that all California residents will have access to this free program. These monetary donations help purchase new equipment, medical supplies and fund medical research. A donation will be made to your local CMN hospital each time a prescription is processed using the California Rx Card. Since 2015, the United Networks of America partnership with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals has raised over $2.4 million dollars for local children’s hospitals. Of this, $21,049.55 has been raised for UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals.
